Group Income Protection & Life Insurance

Most firms these days run some sort of sick pay provision for when a member of staff falls ill, but for most firms this is only sustainable to a varying degree for a limited period of time.

A great way of boosting support for employees beyond that initial period is to provide a Group Income Protection scheme, which for a monthly premium provides longer-term sick pay without the firm subsidising the wages.

There are lots of factors and cover options with Group Income Protection, but far from it just being an employee benefit, it can save your firm in salary costs too.

As a relatively inexpensive option, you can add Life Insurance to your package to provide what is effectively a ‘Death In Service’ benefit as is prevalent in some professions.
